I’m Najma Banu (MSW), an AASW-accredited social worker nearly two decades of experience. I’ve supported individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, helping them find clarity, resilience, and meaningful change. With training across multiple therapy modalities, I tailor each session to your unique needs, ensuring that your journey is supported in a way that feels authentic to you.
